PROMOTION SPECIFICS: Entry Deadline: 11:59 P.M., ET, 6/28/22. Upon timely entry, your assigned Prize Number(s) will be fully eligible to win. If you are eligible for multiple entries, multiple Prize Numbers will be assigned to you. Entries submitted from this Promotion after the deadline will be deemed invalid.

All Special Early Look online Promotions during the timeframe of 4/28/22 through 6/28/22 will be issued valid SuperPrize Numbers for Giveaway No. 19500, fully eligible to win $15,000,000.00 (or $7,500.00 A-Week-for-Life), on June 30, 2022 if timely registered. SuperPrize Numbers issued from 4/28/22 through 6/28/22 will also be fully eligible to win a guaranteed $1 Million SuperPrize on June 30, 2022 in a Second Chance Drawing if the matching winning number for this "Prize of a Lifetime" Special Early Look SuperPrize Event is not returned or is ineligible. Some bulletins/promotions during this timeframe may offer an upgrade, bonus, or enhancement to the $15,000,000.00 (or $7,500.00 A-Week-for-Life) SuperPrize. Prize will be paid as follows: If the matching winning number for our Prize of a Lifetime Special Early Look SuperPrize Event from Giveaway No. 19500 is assigned to a timely entrant from this Bulletin, the winner will receive $15,000,000.00 with the following payout schedule: $390,000.00 a year for 29 years and a final payment of $3,690,000.00 in the 30th year or $7,500.00 A-Week-For-Life with a guaranteed minimum of $1,000,000.00. Periodic payments (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly) may be paid in advance for up to one year, for any year during which such periodic payments are due to be made. The prize value awarded will be based on promotion the matching winning number for Giveaway No. 19500 came from. Win a $1,000,000.00 prize in a Second Chance Drawing and you will receive $25,000.00 a year for 29 years, and a final payment of $275,000.00 in the 30th year. Present value of Giveaway No. 19500 will vary depending on interest rates and market conditions at the time of the award. Buying Won't Help You Win. Your chances of winning without a purchase are the same as the chances of someone who buys something. It would not be lawful to give any advantage to buyers in a Sweepstakes.

A limit of one online entry per day is allowed per individual and per e-mail address for each separate online promotion unless otherwise specified. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same email address or from the same individual using multiple email addresses in violation of this rule will be declared ineligible.

All entries received from this Promotion by the entry deadline stated in these Official Rules will be eligible for all Giveaways offered herein. You will win the prizes promoted in this Promotion if you submit a timely entry from this Bulletin and have the number that matches the winning number and/or your entry is selected in a random drawing at Giveaway end. Entries submitted from this Promotion after the deadline will be deemed invalid.

You may receive multiple entry opportunities into our ongoing Giveaways. Various presentations of these Giveaways using various prizes/prize values may be presented to the public. The winning entry will be eligible for the prize configuration promoted in the Bulletin or pch.com offer from which it comes. A winner's prize may be supplemented up to the maximum amount of the Giveaway at PCH's option.

Unless otherwise specified, if the matching winning number from a Giveaway has not been returned at giveaway end, the minimum registered prize amount alone is guaranteed to be awarded to an alternate winner by second chance random drawing among eligible entries at giveaway end. In the event that the winning number from a winning Bulletin/promotion is duplicated, there will be a random drawing among such duplicated numbers to determine a winner. In case of a dispute, winning entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established e-mail account associated with the entry.

Winners will be notified by mail or in person at our option. Winner's contact information must be up-to-date and accurate for prize to be awarded. Prize award date(s) promoted may be adjusted to accommodate travel arrangements and scheduling conflicts. Entrant named on winning entry will be considered the winner. Award subject to verification of identity and eligibility. Winner must be located and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility within 30 days or we will select an alternate winner. Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name and photograph in television commercials, in website promotions, and for other promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

Board of Judges’ decisions are final. Giveaways may be ended early for promotional purposes, and if so, all eligible entries will be included and the winner selection method will not change. Taxes are winner's responsibility. Principals and employees of Publishers Clearing House, their affiliates and subsidiaries, their contest processors, their immediate families and the Board of Judges are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply.
